Red Rocks draws in over millions of people every year to see live concerts and events. Closing out the 2025 Red Rocks season, Svdden Death brought the ultimate finale for EDM lovers alike. With heavy dark bass, jaw-dropping production, and perfect fall weather, November 13th and 14th were a night to remember.
To begin the two-day nightmare, Vampa and Jeanie came together to bring fans the Witching Hour experience, followed by Simula and Alice Glass. These openers set the stage for Svdden Death’s otherworldly experience, energizing the crowd and warming everyone up for the set that was to come.
Svdden Death brought his notorious Voyd set to the dubstep lovers at Red Rocks on night one, setting the stage for the horrifying wubs to come. Wearing his staple skull mask with antlers, screams took the masses as he was thrusted into the air, levitating in front of the 70 rows at Red Rocks. No one was quite ready for the sinister production that they were about to experience.
Svdden Death brought the full experience of terror to his Voyd lovers, showcasing nightmare worthy visuals on the massive LED screen spanning across the Red Rocks stage. Stompy dark bass and cringe-worthy deep tones shook everyone to their bones. Drawing songs from his Voyd albums, this set was the epitome of a Svdden Death lover’s dream. Everywhere you looked, there wasn’t a single person standing still. The masses of Red Rocks were dancing, swaying, and headbanging in unison, bringing to life the power of his bass.
There is no way to capture the experience of Svdden Death’s Voyd set through words, as the feeling of this set is something that one can only grasp through experiencing it. It was utterly a magical nightmare that left everyone wanting more. As the masses exited night one of Svdden Death’s Red Rocks fever dream, you could hear many saying that was the best Voyd set that they had ever seen.
Night two, Zomboy set the atmosphere before Svdden Death was to return to the stage, bringing heavy, hard-hitting melodies that warmed up the crowd. His heavy dubstep set had everyone moving to the melodies and captivated by his graphics. Zomboy was surely the perfect choice to be the special guest for Svdden Death’s second night at Red Rocks.
Returning to the stage, Svdden Death rocked everyone to their core, unbelievably matching the power of his Voyd set from the previous night. Everywhere you looked, ravers were lost in the dark melodies and strobing lights. Svdden Death was nothing less than a feverish nightmare that no one wanted to end. His pyrotechnics and production were absolutely incredible, trapping everyone into a dream state and entrancing their souls.
Taking a step back from the demonic Voyd atmosphere, Svdden Death played many of his famous songs that had everyone in awe. Though night two wasn’t the nightmare fueled set of the previous night, the air was still filled with dark energy, giving life to the deep bass. Everyone was absolutely blown away by his stompy beats accompanied by breathtaking production, including the large LED screen setup, lasers, fog, strobing lights, and fire. Ravers of Red Rocks were all lost in the show, with screams of excitement filling in the gaps of the deep bass. Night two was the perfect cap for the utterly astonishing experience that Svdden Death brought the Colorado EDM community.
Svdden Death knows how to bring life to a crowd and trap everyone in his unbelievable production. For many it is hard to say goodbye to Red Rocks, but Svdden Death’s two-day extravaganza was the ultimate close to the Red Rocks EDM community season. Until next year!
