Beautiful, yet with a sinister seduction–like Bond villains or a Moulin Rogue flair–Confidence Man were here to entertain in a way only they can with multiple costume changes, acrobatics worthy of Cirque du Soleil, and their music–layered succulently with cocky fun.

The set was much higher energy than I was expecting; it’s hard to say, but it felt like L’Imperatrice increased the tempo about 5 bpms for each track.
